Penny Hopkins

Penny Hopkins grew up in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, and studied at Brighton Art College. She was taught by Charles Knight, George Hooper, Norman Clark, Raymond Briggs & John Vernon Lord.

She has exhibited at various Galleries in Sussex and at the RWS Open Exhibitions in London. Her work is in private collections in the UK, Europe & the USA.
Penny taught art at Burgess Hill School for Girls & Hurstpierpoint College.

She was elected as member of Sussex Watercolour Society in 1979 and lives near Cowfold in West Sussex, where she currently paints and holds art classes in her garden studio.
